Intralinks Developer Portal

Getting Started

Data security is a top priority for Intralinks. As part of our ongoing commitment of meeting the highest security standards, TLS 1.0 is being disabled and either TLS 1.1 or TLS 1.2 will be required when accessing secured resources over HTTPS. Intralinks plans to disable the TLS 1.0 encryption protocol across all of our services on March 30, 2018, and will use only TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 to make secure connections to our services. To make sure that all API users have adequate time to update and test your integrations, we will be disabling TLS 1.0 in our test environments on October 31, 2017. The following API testing environments will be affected:

  • TEST API Access - https://test-api.intralinks.com
  • TEST Intralinks Platform - https://apiclienttest.intralinks.com
  • TEST Intralinks VIA Pro - https://viaapiclienttest.intralinks.com

Schedule:

Tuesday 8:00pm EST 10/31/2017 - TLS 1.0 will be disabled in test

Impact:

After the change, any applications attempting to connect to Intralinks with TLS 1.0 or lower will be blocked.

If you have any questions, do not hesitate to reach out to api-support@intralinks.com directly.
